We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who is:

  • Warm in nature, and comfortable meeting and talking to new people.

What you will do:

  • Create and manage brand presence, building a strong digital footprint for Pulsifi.
  • Build organic channels to generate leads across different markets.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns via designated success metrics and manage performance reports.. 
  • Provide effective copy for diverse marketing distributions (emails, website material, brochures) 
  • Organize and manage Pulsifi-related events in various markets.
  • Enhance audience engagement across internal and external channels.
  • Set up and monitor paid advertising campaigns where appropriate.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports to the team and provide insights and recommendations where necessary.
  • Keep up-to-date with competitor and industry research efforts.
  • Assist in the coordination of freelance writers, vendors, and partners.
  • Support the marketing team in delivering marketing activities, spearheading some projects independently.
  • Work in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constituting Pulsifi’s Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes but is not limited to the organization’s Information Security Policy, Data Protection Policy, Clean Desk & Screen Policy & Password Management Policy.

You meet all or most of these requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google, HubSpot) 
  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Practical knowledge in running paid ads (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Experience in managing a CMS (e.g. WordPress, Drupal)
