Pulsifi’s anti-cheating assessment software pairs real-time content extraction blocks (disabling copy, paste, and right-click) with response timing algorithms. If a candidate attempts to copy test content or displays unnaturally flat response times indicative of automated answer tools, the system flags the anomaly and adjusts the integrity score accordingly.
That’s a hard ‘No’. Pulsifi operates on a 100% on-device architecture. All processing and facial observation analyses take place locally inside the candidate’s browser. Raw video and audio streams never leave the device; only processed signal indicators and flagged snapshot frames (Premium tier) are recorded in the recruiter report.

No. To maintain strict cognitive test security and reliable behavioral tracking, proctored assessments are desktop-only. Mobile and tablet users are automatically notified during the initial setup check to switch to a desktop browser.
Pulsifi uses context-aware rule adjustments tailored to each test type. For instance, looking down at scratch paper or opening a calculator tab is permitted during numerical reasoning tests. Furthermore, deductions occur only when multiple weighted detector signals align. This prevents a single natural glance or pause from unfairly penalizing a candidate.
Candidate scores and proctoring reports automatically carry forward across new applications on Pulsifi for up to 1 year. If a new job requires the same or lower proctoring tier (Basic to Basic, Premium to Premium, or Premium to Basic), the candidate’s existing result is reused without requiring a retake. Candidates only retake the test if moving from a Basic proctoring job to a Premium proctoring job, in order to capture required webcam observations.
Basic proctoring is included FREE in every cognitive assessment. Premium proctoring costs 5 credits per cognitive bundle and is billed only once upon completion of the first Premium assessment in that bundle. If a candidate dismisses consent or fails the hardware setup check, no credits are deducted.
